We provide great customer experience each time you shop with your Techwave If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail replacement service.

All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at support@Techwave.Asia within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by Techwave team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, broken by customer or damaged while using by customer.

We give the option of taking back the product from your doorstep at Dhaka. If reverse pickup is not possible from your doorstep, you can send it by courier to our office address (94/Gha,Katasur,Mohammadpur,Dhaka-1207). Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our 'Replacement Guarantee’.

In case of product's sold out at merchant's end, customer can choose any other product from our website or can keep the amount debited to his Techwave account as shopping credit.

Refund:

If any order is cancelled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 15 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. Provided that received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channel. But Techwave retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.

The customer will not be eligible for any cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is cancelled, its related cashback will also be cancelled.Techwave is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.

In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer's debit/credit card if customer claims a refund to his bank. Then we will be informed about it via amarPay and take necessary initiatives. Card payment can be refunded only to the card holder's account via bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.
 
Shopping Credit / Reward Points can not be cash refunded, only to be refunded as shopping credit/reward point.

Order confirmation and delivery completion are subject to product availability. Delivery time may differ from one item to another.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by Techwave. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics etc, also for the supplier delay for mass number of orders and for logistic partners; ie: courier services.

Order after 6 PM will be considered as an order of next business day. Our business days exclude government holidays / public holidays.

Note: It is requested to the respected customers to refrain from buying excessive goods by being panicked. We are unable to entertain any bulk quantity during COVID-19. Delivery may delay due to COVID-19.

Exceptional Delivery: There are some exceptional items imported from outside Bangladesh. These items can take more days to reach you.

All orders are subject to availability of stock. If there is any problem with stock, then the order can be cancelled at any time, irrespective of any duration. Techwave.Asia will inform customer as soon as possible, if the product(s) and services ordered are not available. If not, then the Customer Care will offer similar alternatives. In case of any discount, voucher or offer, double benefits cannot be availed.

As part of visiting and/or purchasing anything from Techwave, customers warrant to agree to understand that, due to the nature of the business, availability may change even after an order has been placed. In an event where the product is no longer available, the Customer Care will offer alternatives or the option to cancel the order wholly.

Product information, features and prices are provided by the supplier/merchant/vendor at Techwave. We are determined to provide the most accurate feature and pricing information on the website to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your prepayment processed. If such a cancellation occurs on your prepaid order, our policies for refund will apply.

Please note that Techwave possess 100% right on the refund amount. Usually refund amount is calculated based on the customer paid price after deducting any sort of discount and shipping fee. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We will not be liable to any customer or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
